HINTS ABOUT SAMPLE PREPARATION
We recommend using the Qiagen DNA Blood Kit for easy and fast DNA preparations. Other methods or kits may also be suitable. The minimal amount of good quality DNA required for LDI-PCR analysis is about 1µg. To increase the chance of determining the chromosomal breakpoint(s) please send 2-3µg DNA. You may use normal post services for delivery without dry ice.
