WORLDWIDE NETWORKING
All our studies are performed as part of an European framework and Leukemia Study Groups (I-BFM, Interfant-99, GM-ALL, AML-CG). The DCAL is aiming to establish the "MLL recombinome", representing all MLL translocation partners. From the analysis of the "MLL recombinome" we expect to identify important clues about the function of translocation partners (e.g. sharing of similar protein domains) and the precise frequency of each translocations.
The DCAL offers cost-free analyses to every laboratory in this world.
