New modules for the repeated internal and N-terminal epitope tagging of genes in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Robert Gauss, Mark Trautwein, Thomas Sommer and Anne Spang

Yeast (2005) 22: 1-12

The authors developed new modules that are suitable for both the repeated N-terminal and internal tagging of proteins, leaving their endogenous promoters intact. The tags include 6xHA, 9xmyc, yEGFP, TEV-GST-6xHis, ProtA, TEV-ProtA and TEV-ProtA-7xHis in conjunction with different heterologous selection markers.

Due to low ordering frequency the "pOM-SET" with a reduced handling fee will no longer be dispatched.

The individual plasmids are still available. Please order by individual accession numbers. You will be billed for each plasmid, as given in the handling fee list under ordering conditions.
