Deletion Marker Plasmids

This is a collection of plasmids usefull in gene deletion experiments. These plasmids have been provided by Alan Goldstein and John McCusker and by Hans Hegemann and coworkers. For referencing purposes please use the publications mentioned.

Due to low ordering frequency the "DEL-MARKER-SET" with a reduced handling fee will no longer be dispatched. The individual plasmids are still available. Please order by individual accession numbers. You will be billed for each plasmid, as given in the handling fee list under ordering conditions.
