How to find us

By car:

From the North:
Follow the highway A5 to the junction 'Bad Homburger Kreuz'. Change to the A 661 in direction Frankfurt/Offenbach and leave this highway at the first exit (Kalbach). Turn right and follow the road ahead in direction Oberursel. After approx. 3 km you pass the railway track. Turn left and follow this road up to the exit 'Mertonviertel'. The access to the chemistry/biochemistry department is the first road to the left. 

From the South and West:
Follow the highway A5 and change at the junction 'Nordwestkreuz Frankfurt' to the A66 in direction Frankfurt 'Miquelallee'. At the end of this highway (at the radio/TV tower) follow the signs to 'Nordweststadt' and Oberursel. (Don't take the exit to 'Universität'! This will lead you to the down town-campus!) After approx. 4 km you pass the big incinirating plant. Take the next exit 'Mertonviertel' and turn left at the first road to get uphill to the chemistry/biochemistry department. 

With public transportation:

Take any underground or S-Train to 'Frankfurt-Hauptwache', e.g. S8 from the airport. Here you must change to the underground U3 in direction Oberursel 'Hohemark'. Your station is 'Niederursel'. Walk up the hill, after 1 km you reach the chemistry/biochemistry department. There is also a bus (No.26, direction 'Nordwestzentrum') which you can pick at the stations 'Zeilweg' (U1 and U3), 'Sandelmühle' (U2) or 'Ginnheim' (U1, U2, U3).
