Psychology, Free University Berlin. Theological exam 1983 in
Ansbach. Ph.D. 1988, Free University Berlin, Habilitation 1993
Justus-Liebig-University of Giessen. 1982-83 Research assistant in a
project on Psychological stress at work. 1983-1987 Research and
teaching assistant for work and organizational psychology at the
Department of Psychology, Free University Berlin. 1987-1990 Research assistant in a
project on human-computer interaction at the University of
Munich. 1990-1991 Guest at the Department of Psychology, University of
Manchester. 1991-1993 Scientific assistant, Department of Psychology,
Justus-Liebig-University Giessen. 1993-1994 Visiting professor at the
University of Bielefeld. 1994-1997 Professor at the University of
Konstanz. Since 1997 Professor for Work and Organizational Psychology
at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University Frankfurt.
