Biographie

Nach dem Abitur (1996) Studium der Diplom-Psychologie an der Universität Koblenz-Landau. Während des Studiums in Landau Praktikum bei DaimlerChrysler und Automation Consulting Group. Nach Abschluss des Grundstudiums Fulbright-Stipendium zum Studium in den USA. Wechsel an die Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, OH zur Promotion in Arbeits-, Betriebs-, und Organisationspsychologie. Praktika bei Roland Berger und A.T. Kearney während des Promotionsstudiums. Seither Tätigkeit an der University of Houston als Assistant Professor für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie. Momentan im Forschungsjahr an der Universität Frankfurt als Mitarbeiterin der Arbeitsgruppe Prof. Dr. Dieter Zapf.
