The exchange programme implements consequently what is most important for us:

International co-operation, getting to know and understanding of other nations and their cultures.

For this reason AIESEC offers students in more than 80 countries the chance to experience a traineeship abroad. At present we dispose of about 5.000 traineeship offers per year - of which Germany's share is about 600.

Our programmes are mainly directed to students with a bachelor in economics, business or computer sciences and to companies that are interested in having foreign trainees.

Our aim is to transfer know-how and practical experience in the field of economics beyond cultural borders.
