History NIFA was born in mid 2002 und was designed to be a plattform for developing "New Ideas for Afghanistan". The conference Nifa 2002 took place in December 2002. Students, Academics and Professionals from Companies, NGO's and the German Government developed various possiblities for developing Afghanistan (more Information at: www.nifa2002.de). The Team decided in early 2003 to focus on its Workshop 1: AIESEC in Kabul:The aim to develop a self dependent AIESEC structure in Afghanistan until June 2006 should: a) Give Afgahn Students the possibility to act in the international AIESEC Network and hence develop themself while working with studenst from more than 83 countries b) Give Afghan companies access to a vast pool of trainees and to increase their human capital by learning from these trainees. c) Expand AIESEC to the Persian culutre and thus enrich the international network by quantity AND quality. |
